SHIPPING COUNTRIES

We ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

European Shipping Countries

Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

SHIPPING FEES

Deliveries and returns within Europe are for free for orders over EUR 200. For orders below, we charge EUR 19.50.

Shipping and returns to and from the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is for free for orders over EUR 495. For all orders below, the shipping flat rate is EUR 39.50.

If products with free delivery are returned and their value falls below EUR 200 or EUR 495 respectively, we will not reimburse the usual delivery fee of EUR 19.50 or EUR 39.50 respectively.

SHIPPING PROVIDERS

The standard delivery is carried out by third party providers such Austrian Post (Österreichische Post AG) and its global partners, DHL, Fedex or UPS.

We are happy to arrange express delivery for you. For enquiries regarding express delivery, please contact us.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

We are not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and we are not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. In the event that the taxes are not paid by the Customer and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deduced from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.

There is no duty on shipments within the European Union. All other countries are to be considered as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, and, if applicable, VAT in the respective delivery country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If for any case the recipient refuses the shipment, taxes and duties will be deducted from the refund.

As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we invite our customers to verify local taxes and duties before placing an order. The shipping costs are already displayed at checkout of your order. However, the courier may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed.

CO2 FOOTPRINT

We strive for sustainabilty. Hence, our packaging is recycled or made from recycled materials. We try to minimize packaging material.

We deliver the items as fast as possible, nevertheless, we try to avoid partial deliveries to reduce our CO2-footprint. In case you wish a partial delivery, please contact us.

The packaging shown in our pictures serves as an example. The actual packaging used for the delivered product may deviate from the pictures.

DEFECTS

If delivered items exhibit obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report these faults to us immediately via e-mail.

RETURN POLICY

Eligible Returns

You can return your item within 14 days after delivery.

Custom orders, personalised items or sale products are final sale and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Return Your Item

To return your product, please send an email to contact [@] pelagona.com with the order number and the reason of the return.

Will will then arrange the return and send you all the documents and process via email.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or  has missing parts for reasons not due to our negligence.
Any item which is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you about the receipt of your returned product and about the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, the your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Missing or Late Refund

If you have not received a refund yet, please first double-check the bank account statement again or contact your bank about it. Alternatively, please also contact the credit card company or payment provider, as it may take a bit of time until your refund is booked back to you.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

For special requests, for example, sending your order as a gift, gift wrapping, shipping to an address that differs from your billing address, delivering on a specific date and more, please contact us directly. We are happy to assist you.
